REQUIRED INFORMATION– The following documents are to be submitted with your application:
A copy of government issued ID, 2 most recent paystubs or proof of income, 1 full copy of most recent bank statement, and landlord references for past 4 years.

PET POLICIES – – A property owner may or may not allow pets. If the property description states No Pets, the owner does now allow pets. The term ‘pets’ refers to any living thing that is not human – cats, dogs, lizards, snake, fish, rodent, chicken, duck, caiman, ferret, rabbit, etc..). If pets are allowed at a property, you are required to upload a selfie with your pet.

SECURITY DEPOSIT – The security deposit amount will be a minimum equal to 1 times the rent amount plus $1000. A security deposit can be increased to up to 2 times the rent amount based on risk factors or allowance of pets.

COMMON REASONS TO BE DECLINED – Incomplete applications, failure to submit required documentation, failure to view the property in person, previous eviction, collections from previous landlords, credit score below 620, insufficient income, unsatisfactory references, non-discharged bankruptcies, unqualified occupants, pets, number of occupants exceed maximum occupancy rate, move in date too far in the future, felony convictions within the past 7 years for crimes against persons or property (see application instructions for details), and registered sex offender.
